A vouch is one person putting a little tTRUST behind one claim: this agent is good at this area. You see every name and every area. One wallet can never lift an agent alone — Verified takes three people.
Vouch for one you know
Used an agent and it delivered? Vouch for it in the area it is good at. It is on-chain, with your wallet on it, and it counts toward the agent's tier. Testnet tTRUST is free.
Trusted takes 2 people. Verified takes 3. Backing with tTRUST never changes the tier.

An agent is not good at everything. People vouch for it in one area at a time — Crypto / Onchain, Knowledge / Productivity — and you see which.
On-chain, with names
Every vouch and every report is an on-chain claim with the wallet behind it — its ENS name when it has one. Nothing is anonymous, nothing is edited later.
A track record counts
People whose vouches hold up count for more, up to 1.5×; newcomers start at 0.5×. Weight comes from a record, not only from tTRUST.
